앱에서 바로 삭제하기

키캡 공방 앱을 열고 하단 설정 탭으로 갑니다.
맨 위 계정 섹션에서 회원탈퇴를 누릅니다.
확인 팝업에서 탈퇴하기를 누르면 즉시 삭제됩니다.

앱을 이미 삭제했다면

halfcode36@gmail.com으로 가입에 쓴 Google 계정의 이메일 주소를 적어 보내 주세요. 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 회신합니다.

삭제되는 것

계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 로그인 제공자 식별자, 닉네임·프로필 사진 주소
이용 기록: 포인트와 그 적립·사용 내역(광고 보상 거래 번호 포함), 보유 부품, 장착한 조합, 키보드 이름, 출석·미니게임 기록, 약관·광고 수신 동의 기록, 앱 언어, 푸시 토큰, 무작위로 만든 설치 식별자

삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록이 있으면 그 기간 동안만 분리 보관합니다. Google Firebase 에 남는 익명 사용 통계는 보유 기간(최대 14개월)이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 광고 정보(광고 ID·광고 기록)는 앱의 Google 광고 SDK가 Google로 직접 보내 Google 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보관되므로 계정 삭제와 별개이며, 광고 ID는 기기 설정의 Google > 광고에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

In the app: Settings tab → Account → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is immediate.
If you have uninstalled the app: email halfcode36@gmail.com with the email address of the Google account you signed up with. We delete it within 7 days and reply.
What is deleted: account data (email, provider identifier, nickname and profile picture URL) and activity (points and their history, including ad-reward transaction numbers; parts; loadout; keyboard name; check-ins; game records; consent records; app language; push token; random installation ID). This cannot be undone. Ad data (advertising ID and ad interactions) is sent directly to Google by the Google ads SDK in the app and kept under Google's Privacy Policy, separately from your account; you can delete your advertising ID in your device settings under Google > Ads.
